Once you’re registered, your team gets a point for every certified technician you have on staff. Each point equals an entry into the grand prize drawing.

Contractors can earn additional points each and every time one of your techs gets certified (or re-certified) or earns additional NATE credentials. You’ll want to keep your registration current so make sure to revisit NATE Bowl to update your registration every time you have a new tech certified. All of your points will accrue during the season, which lasts from February through October 2008. At the end of the season, the five contractors with the most points from each of the three divisions (more about that here) will be entered into a grand prize drawing for the Super Bowl package. The winner will be announced in early November 2008.

In addition to the Grand Prize, NATE will be giving away monthly prizes, including portable music players, digital cameras, tools of the trade, and more. So, in addition to vying for the grand prize, you’ve got a great chance of winning one of our monthly awards as well.

Monthly prizes will be awarded for a variety of accomplishments, including:

The Most New Certifications — The Contractor with the most new certifications in a given month will be eligible to win a monthly prize.

The Most Re-Certifications — The Contractor with the most re-certifications in a given month will be eligible to win a monthly prize.

Highest Certification Score — The Contractor who employs the tech with the highest certification score for the month will be eligible for a monthly prize.
